Shelby Hacala and Ron Szekely
After having worked within the Leadership Teams of several high-performing companies, and after having run their own successful start-ups, both Shelby and Ron found a passion for sharing their experience and expertise with other ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders. They created BOS360 to bring together the best practices and proven tools in a simple system that allows businesses and their leaders to reach their full potential. With a growing team of coaches they are empowering more and more entrepreneurs with everything they need to accelerate their growth and elevate their impact in the world.
Ron Szekely
Ron is a Certified Business Coach and former business executive with over 25 years experience building high-performing teams to drive revenue growth and profitability for a variety of businesses. From smaller founder-led companies to top tier multinationals and across a variety of industries, what remains constant is Ron’s ability to simplify, unify, and lead a team toward a common vision.
Ron first sharpened his business acumen and managerial discipline leading marketing, strategy and innovation in world-class companies like L’Oréal, Keurig and Sanofi. Its was there that he developed his passion for leadership and hunger for growth.
Ron then went on to create and lead his own successful startups and learned first-hand the joys and challenges of entrepreneurship and running his own companies.
Over the past 5 years Ron has been dedicated to sharing his expertise – working with entrepreneurial, mid-sized companies with ambition to help them scale with predictability. Ron’s vast experience and passion for building brands and businesses combined with the BOS360 process of simple and practical tools are the perfect combination to help entrepreneurs get everything they want from their business.

Shelby Hacala
Shelby Hacala is a seasoned Certified Business Coach who specializes in guiding C-Suite executives and leadership teams across North America. An entrepreneur since his early twenties, Shelby has spent over 25 years helping business leaders achieve clarity, alignment, and success. His own entrepreneurial journey includes founding four businesses, one of which he successfully sold to a global aerospace company. Following the acquisition, Shelby served as a Division Executive, leading teams in business development, production, R&D, and mergers and acquisitions.
Shelby’s passion for coaching emerged during his involvement with YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) and EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization), where he became a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF). While running his businesses, Shelby discovered his purpose: to empower entrepreneurs and leadership teams to overcome challenges and achieve extraordinary results. In 2014, he transitioned to coaching full-time, retiring from the aerospace industry and selling his remaining business interests. He joined the EOS community as an EOS Implementer and achieved Certified EOS Implementer status in under a year. Over the next several years, Shelby facilitated more than 600 EOS sessions, helping leadership teams align their vision and execute their plans effectively.
By 2021, Shelby recognized a growing need for tools that could better address the complex and fast-changing realities faced by today’s businesses. Realizing the limitations of the 20-year-old EOS system, Shelby made the bold decision to leave the EOS community and pioneer a new approach. Drawing on his extensive experience, research, and deep understanding of business dynamics, he co-founded the BOS360 Business Operating System.
BOS360 is a next-generation framework designed to evolve with businesses as they grow. It combines the best elements of proven systems while offering a more flexible, scalable foundation. Shelby and his team work closely with business leaders to align their vision, execute with excellence, and build a thriving, high-performing culture.
