Achille Ubalijoro is an accomplished and visionary leader with more than 25 years of experience in project and program management, delivering complex and strategic digital solutions across various industries and geographies.
Achille is also passionate about developing inspiring individuals and organizations for a better world. He is a Professional Business Coach who looks to empower and support his clients to achieve their personal and professional goals as well as being a BOS360 Coach. He is a mentor at the Black Wealth Club, a board member at PMI-Montreal and the Canadian Consortium for the Digital Economy in Africa, and a founder and past president of the Rwandan Professionals Network in Canada and co-founder of United Action for Africa (UAA). In 2023, he was named Chairman of the board of Irembo, Irembo designs and builds digital products for public and private institutions. IremboGov, the e-government platform, is the gateway to government services in Rwanda and helps millions of people apply and pay for over 100 public services online. He holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an MBA in Strategic Management of Technology from Concordia University and several certifications in ITIL, Agile, Project & Program Management.
Achille is a citizen of Rwanda and Canada and has lived in Rwanda, Uganda, US, France, Canada, China, Australia and Japan.
