Shelby Hacala is a seasoned Certified Business Coach who specializes in guiding C-Suite executives and leadership teams across North America. An entrepreneur since his early twenties, Shelby has spent over 25 years helping business leaders achieve clarity, alignment, and success. His own entrepreneurial journey includes founding four businesses, one of which he successfully sold to a global aerospace company. Following the acquisition, Shelby served as a Division Executive, leading teams in business development, production, R&D, and mergers and acquisitions.

Shelby’s passion for coaching emerged during his involvement with YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) and EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization), where he became a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF). While running his businesses, Shelby discovered his purpose: to empower entrepreneurs and leadership teams to overcome challenges and achieve extraordinary results. In 2014, he transitioned to coaching full-time, retiring from the aerospace industry and selling his remaining business interests. He joined the EOS community as an EOS Implementer and achieved Certified EOS Implementer status in under a year. Over the next several years, Shelby facilitated more than 600 EOS sessions, helping leadership teams align their vision and execute their plans effectively.

By 2021, Shelby recognized a growing need for tools that could better address the complex and fast-changing realities faced by today’s businesses. Realizing the limitations of the 20-year-old EOS system, Shelby made the bold decision to leave the EOS community and pioneer a new approach. Drawing on his extensive experience, research, and deep understanding of business dynamics, he co-founded the BOS360 Business Operating System.

BOS360 is a next-generation framework designed to evolve with businesses as they grow. It combines the best elements of proven systems while offering a more flexible, scalable foundation. Shelby and his team work closely with business leaders to align their vision, execute with excellence, and build a thriving, high-performing culture.
