Shelby Hacala is an experienced Certified Business Coach for C-Suite and leadership teams in North America. He has been an entrepreneur since his early twenties and coaching business leaders for more than twenty-five years. In addition to his four start-ups, Shelby successfully sold his largest business to a global Aerospace company and joined the corporate global team as Division Executive for several years managing teams, business development, production, R&D, and handling mergers and acquisitions.

Ultimately, it was his involvement with YPO (Young Presidents Organization) & EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) which led him to discover his passion to help other entrepreneurs and business leaders. Shelby became a CFF (Certified Forum Facilitator for YPO and EO) while running and managing his businesses. In 2014 Shelby decided to fully dedicate 100% of his career to coaching business executives and their leadership teams. He retired from the Aerospace industry, sold his remaining interests in the businesses he owned and joined the EOS community to become an EOS Implementer. He quickly excelled to EOS CERTIFICATION status within his first year. As a Certified EOS Implementer, Shelby has facilitated over 600 EOS sessions using the EOS system.

In 2021, Shelby identified that his clients needed more support to navigate today’s business reality. The EOS franchise model created more than 20 years ago was limited to 20 tools and ultimately EOS was no longer a good fit for Shelby and his clients. This realization brought Shelby to exit the EOS community. Using his extensive coaching experience, business background, knowledge, and deep research, he co-founded the BOS360 Business Operating System. Shelby recognized the exponential rate of change business leaders are facing today requires a solid fundamental foundation method to run and manage a business. BOS360 was therefore designed from proven systems to evolve as businesses and clients grow. Shelby is currently involved in the BOS360 core growth systems with his clients and certifying BOS360 business coaches to help business leaders align on what they want from their business, execute with excellence and have a happy high performing culture.
