Bjarki Jóhannesson is an executive coach and entrepreneur with over 16 years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and leading organizations through growth, complexity, and change.

Before becoming a coach, Bjarki held senior leadership roles in three successful businesses. He later co-founded and scaled a technology services firm to a 40-person organization before leading its successful merger with a larger company. As part of the combined leadership team, he helped shape strategic direction, strengthen teams, and drive operational performance in a more complex operating environment.

After implementing the EOS framework internally in his own organization, Bjarki founded Bravo, his business coaching practice, in 2021. Since then, he has supported more than 20 organizations across different industries in implementing structured Business Operating Systems that bring clarity, accountability, and execution discipline.

As a coach, Bjarki is known for his direct, structured, and results-driven approach. He helps founders and leadership teams move from reactive decision-making to disciplined execution—building organizations that perform consistently without relying on any single individual.

Bjarki holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and has completed executive coaching studies. His coaching philosophy closely aligns with BOS360 principles: clarity before growth, strong leadership teams, measurable traction, and systems that support long-term success.

His background spans technology services, transportation, manufacturing, and telecommunications, giving him a practical, operator’s perspective on what it truly takes to build strong teams and sustainable businesses. Bjarki is passionate about coaching because he has seen firsthand how the right structure, leadership rhythm, and mindset can transform not only business results, but also the quality of life of leaders and their teams.
