Tanya Carmichael brings a unique perspective to BOS360 as a certified business coach with deep roots in the global investment industry. With over two decades of leadership experience in pensions, private equity, and asset management, Tanya helps leaders and organizations unlock resilience, clarity, and performance by design.

As the former Managing Director and Head of Global Funds at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Tanya led a $12B private equity portfolio and built trusted partnerships with top-tier GPs worldwide. She has also served as Chair of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) and currently sits on the board of the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO).

While many BOS360 coaches focus on founders and entrepreneurs, Tanya works with leaders of complex investment organizations — pension funds, private equity firms, and industry associations — where strategy, culture, and execution must align under pressure.
